Here is a list that I came up with for reporting fake login website, and phishing websites.

• Google:  https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/
• Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/support/report-unsafe-site-guest
• Fortiguard: https://www.fortiguard.com/webfilter
  • Search for the Website Name
  • Click Request a Review
  • Select the category to mark the website as.
  • Submit the report.
• BrightCloud: https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php
  • Enter the URL to look up
  • Fill up the Request a Change form
• ESET: http://phishing.eset.com/report
• Zvelo: https://tools.zvelo.com/
• CRDF: https://threatcenter.crdf.fr/submit_url.html
  • You might need to follow through and sure the spam domain gets reported.
• Netcraft: https://report.netcraft.com/report
  • You might need to follow through and make sure the spam domain gets reported.
• Palo Alto Networks: https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com/
• Trend Micro: https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/index.php
  • Make sure to click on the confirmation link.
• BitDefender: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/
• McAfee: https://sitelookup.mcafee.com/
• Forcepoint: https://csi.forcepoint.com/
  • Analize the URL, then click suggest a different classification
• Symantec: https://sitereview.symantec.com/
• Spam404: https://www.spam404.com/report.html
• Kaspersky: https://opentip.kaspersky.com/
  • Go to Lookup tab
  • enter the url
  • click submit to reanalysis
• Avira: https://www.avira.com/en/analysis/submit-url
