Change default address book on outlook

To change the default address book on your Outlook, go through the following steps:

  1. With Outlook open, Open the Address book ether by clicking the small address book ZA010179113[1] icon on the tool bar, or by going to the Tools menu and clicking Address Book.
  2. Next on the Address book window, go to the Tools menu and select Options.
  3. On the Addressing dialog box, in the section When opening the address book, show this address list first: Select the address book that you want to be your default.
  4. Selecting the Contacts  should be one on your local computer.
  5. Click Ok, to save your changes, and close the Address Book window.
  6. When creating a new email, your selection should be the one already selected.
